Already got the keys. I need to find a bed first, then I'll move all the small things and around the 1st Colleen and I will split a rental truck and I'll get the rest.

looks sweet and rustic. the boarded up fireplace cannot compete with the hidden bathroom tile meassages, but new is good. what part of what city is it in?
